In the morning, should you eat before or after you work out?
I guess that’s really personal preference. I personally eat something small before hand like a banana or I get light headed then I eat an actual meal after words. Some people I know feel sick if they eat before they work out so if you’re one of those people I would wait till after you’re done. You should definitely eat something in the morning though because it jump starts you metabolism and gets your digestive system working. Hope that helps!
