Amazing Website
I came across this website through Pintrest which is a blogging website sort of like this only it’s invite only. You can still browse Pintrest though without an account. Anyways this girl lost a ton of weight& she has really good recipes with calorie counts and pictures and all the good stuff. Check her out I’m sure you’ll all love her!

Healthy Snack Time
I love these things hopefully you guys do too. All you need is PB&J and plain rice cakes. Use the rice cakes as bread& spread the PB&J over them. I like them as an open face sandwich meaning I only use one rice cake and don’t cover it with another.

Went to the Gym Today!
First time back at my schools gym it was PACKED. Looks like everyone is trying to stick to their resolutions, good for them! What have you guys been doing?

I notice a lot of the time at the gym that people do not wear the right trainers, or bras etc. Running in flat trainers with no support can seriously damage their knees.
