Healthy Snack Time
I love these things hopefully you guys do too. All you need is PB&J and plain rice cakes. Use the rice cakes as bread& spread the PB&J over them. I like them as an open face sandwich meaning I only use one rice cake and don’t cover it with another. Stay Fit <3

I notice a lot of the time at the gym that people do not wear the right trainers, or bras etc. Running in flat trainers with no support can seriously damage their knees.
