2 Pepper (Green, Red, Yellow, anything will do) 1 White Onion 3 Chicken Breasts Fat Free Italian Dressing Wood Skewers
What You Need to Do:
First get a fork and poke holes into the chicken so the dressing can soak into it better. Cut chicken into 1inch cubes, cut onion& peppers into large square pieces. In a big freezer bag put all of your veggies and chicken in, then cover with your dressing. Let sit overnight or for a little bit so the flavor can soak into everything. After that is done you’ll need to get your skewers and arrange the chicken and stuff onto them. You can cook them either in your oven or on a grill. Use a broiler pan to cook them in the oven if handy, if not put some tin foil down on a cookie tray and that will suffice. Cook until the chicken reaches 180 degrees F, I think that is the recommended cooking temp. for chicken to kill all the germies. Then enjoy!
I love these things hopefully you guys do too. All you need is PB&J and plain rice cakes. Use the rice cakes as bread& spread the PB&J over them. I like them as an open face sandwich meaning I only use one rice cake and don’t cover it with another.
Not a question, more something I think people should be made more aware of. I notice a lot of the time at the gym that people do not wear the right trainers, or bras etc. Running in flat trainers with no support can seriously damage their knees. My dad had to have a whole knee replacement at the end of last year because of a similar reason. I just think if people knew the consequences, they would see what damage they're doing... anyway! I love the blog, I think it's amazing
Thank you for the tip! Here that people? Your shoes don’t just matter when picking the right outfit out, wearing the wrong shoe can really damage your joints and such. If you are doing running or any high impact cardio you need the proper running shoes. I know it seems stupid to go buy new shoes just to workout in but you won’t think it’s so stupid down the line when you don’t get them and have to get a knee replacement like this persons father.
